Liquid Grid Block Production Resumes Amid Transaction Processing Problems By Cointelegraph
Block production on Blockstream’s Liquid network resumed after technical issues with a functional upgrade caused many transactions to queue for hours.
In a Monday update from a member of Liquid’s supervisory board identified only as Wiz, Liquid’s integrated security mode was aactivated yesterday because “an unexpected problem has occurred causing the block signing nodes to fail to validate some parameters against each other.” As a result, the network stopped producing blocks and regularly queued transactions in the Liquid memory pool for about 22 hours, starting at about 5:19 p.m. EST on Monday.
